Thank you for shopping at Al Wissam Inc. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you find it necessary to return or exchange an item, please read our return policy below:

14-Day Return Policy for Brand-New and Unworn Items: You have a generous 14-day window from the date of delivery to return brand-new and unworn items with their valid tags intact. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and Store Credit for 15-30 Days: Items returned between 15 and 30 days after delivery can be exchanged for another product available in our store or converted into store credit/gift card of the same value as the returned item.

Holiday Policy (November 15-December 31): For orders placed between November 15 and December 31, we understand the holiday rush, so we extend the return window until January 15. This ensures you have ample time for hassle-free exchanges or receiving store credit.

Return Process: To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at customercare@alwissam.com or by calling 313-800-1860, Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm EST, within the applicable timeframe to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Once you receive your Return Authorization, securely package the item along with the original tags and a copy of your order receipt.

  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Care team, using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved:

  • For returns within the 14-day window, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • For returns between 15 and 30 days, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the exchange or to use your store credit/gift card.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made products.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customercare@alwissam.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
